Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

At HXMP House, part of the HXMP Family operated by CannaBusiness Development Inc., we stand behind the quality of our hemp-powered wellness products. Your satisfaction matters—and we aim to make the return process clear, respectful, and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt)

Important: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, any product without a factory seal or that has been opened, tampered with, or used is non-returnable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lip balms
  • Body butters
  • Lotions
  • Serums and oils

Products that do not come with a factory seal are considered final sale, and we are unable to accept them for return or exchange.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked final sale or promotional samples
  • Retail pop-up purchases (see Section 7)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

support@hxmphouse.com

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if reporting damaged or incorrect items)

We will respond with next steps, including return address and any required authorization.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to try a different item, we recommend initiating a return for the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging for review
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an order error or product defect.

We recommend using a trackable service. HXMP House is not liable for return parcels lost in transit.

7. Retail & Pop-Up Purchases

Items purchased through pop-ups or retail partners are subject to the return policy of the original point of sale. Please contact the store directly.

8. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes limited-edition, clearance, or bundled promotional offers.
