Shipping Policy

Introduction

At HXMP House, part of the HXMP Family and operated by CannaBusiness Development Inc., we are committed to getting your order to you safely, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be fulfilled.

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed for non-Canadian addresses may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

During periods of high volume (e.g., promotions or seasonal demand), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment (not the order date):

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Western & Eastern Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10+ business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather delays, or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier availability. Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on ongoing promotions or order thresholds.

We do not upcharge carrier fees and aim to keep rates fair and transparent.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

6. Delivery Issues

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • First, check with neighbours, your building manager, or community mailbox
  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are scanned early by carriers
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@hxmphouse.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date

We are not responsible for delays, theft, or misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses or issues beyond our control, but we’ll always try to assist where possible.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update an address before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible.

8. Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • You may request a reshipment (shipping fees will apply), or
  • Request a refund minus the original shipping cost

9. Retail / Pop-Up Purchases

Items purchased through in-person markets or retail partners are not subject to this shipping policy. Please refer to the return or exchange policy of the original location.
